BIG RED COUNSELLING is a mobile counselling service that comes to you.
This means that sessions can be held at your work, at your house or at the local coffee shop. All sessions are confidential.

I became a counsellor because of my high level of natural empathy and wanting to help those around me.
​
I have worked with youth in secondary colleges and with adults in their every day struggles.
Counselling options
What type of counselling are YOU looking for?
One on one counselling
Helping you.
Work through negative feelings. (Depression, Suicidal ideation.)
Working with life stresses. (Work, Home-life, Student-life, Everyday struggles.)
Assisting with behaviour change. (Alcohol and other drug addictions, Gambling addictions, Anger, Anxiety.)
Helping through a grief process.
Family counselling
Helping Family member relationships.
Family therapy can be helpful in a similar sense to relationship counselling, but on a slightly larger scale.

This might include Mother, Father and children in the session, it can also include sibling therapy, or even Mothers, Fathers and in-laws.
Rates
Standard one on one counselling 1 hour session $70.
​
Extended one on one counselling session $100.
​
Standard Relationship counselling 1 hour session $100.
​
Extended Relationship and Family counselling session $150.
*Sessions will be held at an agreed upon location upon confirmation via phone call or email.
